Stock items are paid in full at checkout and dispatched within the stated lead time for the material ordered.
Made-to-measure items (anything specified through a designer or configurator) are also paid in full at checkout — 100%, no deposit split. We confirm your specification before manufacture begins and dispatch within the stated lead time.

Prices shown are ex VAT unless the inc-VAT toggle is selected; VAT is charged at the prevailing UK rate. uPVC prices are set at 25% over our supplier cost from Central Window Systems. Delivery is free on orders over £999 ex VAT; a delivery charge applies below that threshold.
Fire and security doors are sold as complete certified doorsets in fixed sizes only; certification does not carry to bespoke sizes or to a bare leaf.
